There can be slight variations in products, since every one of them is crafted and painted by hand. Altho I try to make sure that the photo on the website represents the product as well as possible, there can be some slight discrepancies between the actual and the photographed condition. If you think the product deviates too much from your expectations, you can let me know and return it within fourteen days, and I will issue a refund.

If the product is still in the cart, and you haven't yet completed your order, you can remove products from the cart, to cancel the order. If your order has been processed and you’ve received a confirmation email, please contact me at info@katarinabarbara as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, I will refund you as soon as possible. If it has been shipped, you will first have to wait for the package to arrive and then send it back at your expense. When the package arrives, I will inspect it and if everything is in order and without damage, refund the purchase price (without the shipping cost) within 14 days. If the products are damaged, I cannot issue you a refund.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you can return the received shipment without justification and additional costs. You must inform me of the withdrawal from the contract by email at info@katarinabarbara.si within fourteen days of receiving the shipment. The condition for the return is that the products have not been damaged or used. Products must be returned in their original packaging, registered mail and free of charge. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. I will return the purchase amount to your bank account after receiving the returned shipment.

The price of delivery in Slovenia depends on the weight of the order. For a package up to 2 kg and delivery with a more careful handling service is €8.02. For a package of 2-5 kg and delivery with a more careful handling service is €8.43. For a package up to 5-10 kg and delivery with a more careful handling service is €9.14 . In any case, shipping is free for buyers from Slovenia if the order total exceeds €100.00..

Of course. During the purchase process, you must indicate that the recipient's address is different from that of the billing address. You receive the invoice, and the other person receives the package with possible consultation.

The order will be shipped within two working days of placing the order. In case of exceptions, I will inform you about it.

I send the packages with the post office of Slovenia, the usual delivery time is 2 working days. The delivery time for foreign countries is longer.

I am very sorry that your order arrived damaged. Please send me an email to info@katarinabarbara.si with as much information as possible about the damage and your order number. Please also attach photos of the damaged product, in the case of damaged packaging, as well as a photo of it. We will review your message and refund you (excluding shipping costs) within two weeks. I will replace the damaged products or refund the entire purchase price, but without photos and a record of the damaged shipment, there is no way for the post office to pay compensation for the damage. Delivery services and post offices have a well-established complaints procedure, so it is easiest to follow their procedure for documenting the situation.

During production, the product goes through several stages of production and decoration, and to this we have to add the time required for drying, firing twice and cooling, which all together takes about three weeks.

Larger products usually have a higher price, as they are more difficult to handle and take up a lot of space in the kiln. However, for some products, the manufacturing process is more difficult or time-consuming, so the size of the product cannot be the only criteria for the price level.

All the colors and glazes that I use in useful ceramics are suitable for contact with food, as evidenced by the corresponding technical or safety data sheets and appropriate tests.

Attention!! Products from alternative firing (the "Alternative firing" collection) are not suitable for contact with food due to both the glazes and the way they are fired!

All my products, except alternative firing products and of course sculptures, can be washed in the dishwasher. Machine washing will not affect the color, surface or usability of the product

You can. All my products, except products from alternative firing and, of course, sculptures, are made of high-temperature clay - stoneware and can be used for baking and heating in a regular or microwave oven without special preparation. You can use them as a baking tray or as a base for baking. I only advise against using it in a bread oven, where uneven temperature distribution can cause damage.
